RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedule and conduct internal quality assurance compliance and special process audits;
Responsible for the documentation and preparation of quality reporting and tracking of open audit findings;
Conduct follow up audits when required;
Assist in investigation of external and internal non-conformances and prepare investigation reports for management;
Conduct roving inspections; log results and prepare reports.
Enforce company quality standards and requirements on all work that is performed;
Knowledge of, and aiding in the compliance of all Regulatory, Industry and company Quality Requirements;
Ensure that quality assurance training has been given to all employees;
Establish clear communication within and between company departments to ensure consistency in what is expected related to quality assurance requirements


QUALIFICATIONS

Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
5 - 10 years of manufacturing and/or technical experience.
3 - 5 years of experience working with a Quality Management Program, specifically in the area of Internal Auditing.
Must be able to read, write and understand English.
A solid working knowledge of PC software (MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
Ability to clearly communicate and resolve business and personnel issues.
Working knowledge of and/or willingness to train in the following processes:
Nondestructive Examination
Material Identification, Storage and Handling
Use of calipers, micrometers and scales
Ability to read, understand and interpret industry and customer specifications
Use of general office equipment (computers, copiers, scanners, facsimile machines, etc.)
Knowledge of the Pressure Equipment directive (97/23/EC) is a plus, but not required
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
