As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.

- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks - Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in our HR information system - Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries - Support the coordination of employee training programs and professional development initiatives - Assist with the implementation and enforcement of employment labor laws and OSHA regulations - Conduct data collection and analysis to support HR reporting requirements - Assist with workers' compensation claims processing and administration - Coordinate employee events and activities to promote engagement and morale - Manage social media platforms for HR-related communications Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred - Proven experience in HR coordination or related roles - Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations - Familiarity with benefits administration processes - Proficient in data entry and data management - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Note:
