Seeking to hire Nurse Practitioners to provide internal medicine care in long term care/assisted living facilities.
Will be prescribing Suboxone to IOP/MAT patients in collaboration with Suboxone trained physician.
Will also be caring for individuals suffering from acute or chronic conditions ranging from minor complaints to medically complex situations.
Must be self driven and motivated.
The Nurse Practitioner will work with progressive physicians that promote autonomy and professionalism within an independent environment.
Nurse Practitioners must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with administrators, nurses, ancillary staff, patients, families and physicians.
Nurse Practitioners must effectively manage their caseload and work in collaboration while also working independently.
Must be willing to work in a fast paced environment.
$5000.

Must be a Master's Degree prepared Nurse Practitioner.
Previous NP experience preferred as well as MAT experience.
Previous Emergency Department experience preferred but not necessary.
