Travel Nurse (RN) Tele (Telemetry)
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - MS/Tele 8th floor Shift:
Nights / 7p-7:
30a, 12x3, 36hrs per week Length:
13 Weeks Requirements:
OH or Compact License 1.
5 years recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience Recent (within the last 6 months) Epic charting experience is required AHA BLS ACLS Other details:
Cleveland Clinic- Euclid Hospital - Med/Surg Tele RN.
Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am.
Minimum of 18 mo recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HANDAHA BLS & ACLS required.
Recent (within the last 6 months) Epic charting experience is REQUIRED.
TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission.
References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months.
Charge RN refs accepted!Orientation time (32-40hrs) PBDS Assessment - waived.
ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
Qualivis - Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked.
