Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - MS/Tele 3rd FloorShift:
Nights / 7p-7:
30a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week, Length:
13 WeeksRequirements:
Must have OH/Compact License in hand Minimum 1.
5 years recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience Recent (within the last 6 months) Epic charting experience is required AHA ACLS AHA BLS Euclid Hospital - Med/Surg Tele RNNight shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-730amMinimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HANDAHA BLS & ACLS requiredRecent (within the last 6 months) Epic charting experience is REQUIRED.
TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission.
References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months.
Charge RN refs accepted!Traveler must work at least every other holidayOrientation time (32-40hrs) will be paid at 50% of base hourly ratePBDS Assessment - waivedECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is requiredQualivis - Lotus will be used for submitting hours workedCOVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):
