- Euclid, OH The position of Production Scheduler is available for the Nuclear Operations Group facility in Euclid, Ohio.
The Production Scheduler is responsible for maintaining component milestones and stocking dates by developing throughput plans.
This individual is also responsible for support to company leadership and manufacturing personnel by actively leading daily or weekly scheduling meetings.
Responsibilities:
Schedules work through various work centers to support the manufacture of multiple piece assemblies.
Develops daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly schedules by machine center to ensure volume and schedules are met.
Tracks and monitors key components through the shop and report to PMO and management appropriately.
Works with shop floor Front Line Managers to schedule work and manpower to best suit throughput requirements.
Coordinates the movement of product and pertinent paperwork and instructions between shop, storage and engineering as needed to support upcoming operations.
Identifies the need for and ensures availability of all material, tooling, and software needed to complete upcoming operations without delay.
Leads cell meetings with groups such as planning, engineering and front line supervision.
The use of SAP, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and other custom computer applications is required on a daily basis.
Participates on lean/six sigma teams for continued process innovation and improvement.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Minimum four (4) years' experience in scheduling and/or Inventory Management and Planning.
High school diploma or Associates degree.
Above average skills in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
Able to work well independently and with internal and external customers.
Ability to coordinate between multiple disciplines and personalities.
Above average communication skills, both written and verbal.
High energy, well organized, able to multi-task and capable of planning ahead.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
