Summary:
Lincoln Electric is seeking a Telecommunications Associate for our Cleveland, Ohio headquarters.
TheTelecommunications Associate will play a key role in our General Services department by managing inbound calls to LIncoln Electric and portraying a positive image of the company.

Responsibilities:
Professionally screen a high volume of incoming calls and accurately route to correct location in a pleasant manner, portraying the best possible image of the Lincoln Electric Company.
Log incoming mail/packages on a daily basis (UPS, FED EX, DHL) for tracking purposes.
Log outgoing Certified Mail prior to mailroom sending to post office.
Update Telephone Directory daily, as needed.
Separate daily invoices and prepare for mailroom.
Fold prints, diagrams, etc.
for production orders - volume ranges from 25 to 5,000 pieces.
Wire tags for production orders - volume ranges from 25 to 5,000 pieces.
Enter customer Product Registrations into database.
Required:
Excellent communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice;able to prioritize call handling to provide excellent customer service.
Customer service oriented and open to continuous improvement ideas.
Ability to interface professionally with individuals at all levels of the corporation.
Excellent attendance is a must.
