Job Overview:
As a Teller, you are part of a team whose primary focus is to provide exceptional customer service.
You are often the first to welcome our customers, while engaging in thoughtful interaction.
You will assist customers with banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, etc.
) on all retail and business accounts.
You will be given the resources needed to identify referral opportunities to expand customer relationships.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to travel as needed to training Principal Activities and Duties:
Process transactions through the teller equipment on all retail and corporate accounts, including, but not limited to, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and cash advances Issue money orders, cashier checks, gift cards, and savings bonds Maintain cash flow and security drawers, terminals and other valuables Maintain a professional appearance and always conduct yourself in a professional manner Process transactions in an accurate and efficient manner while providing quality customer service Develop a thorough knowledge of Bank products and guidelines by attending the required classes Meet established referral goals Manage a teller window while maintaining an acceptable balancing record Recommended Skills Customer Relationship Management Customer Service Receptive Retailing Service Quality Team Working Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
