We have been providing highly quality insulation and firestopping services across Ohio and Pennsylvania for the past 26 years.
Thermo-Tec is growing, and we're looking for hard working individuals to help provide our customers with excellent insulation services.
The Estimating Assistant will assist Estimators with organizing job documents and bid request so we can generate accurate project costs for our customers.
You will be working Full Time from our Euclid office and will have an opportunity for some remote work after a trial period.
A list of responsibilities include:
Organizing bid request and bid calendar Upload drawings to Planswift Estimating Software.
(Planswift.
com) Find & upload project specifications Answer questions from contractors Create and organize documents in digital and paper format Create proposals based on estimator job report Manage customer service email and take phone calls Additional duties as required
Qualifications:
High School Diploma and Some College.
At Least 2 Years working in an office environment.
Experience in the construction field is preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
).
Knowledge of Foundation and Planswift software is preferred (https:
//www.
foundationsoft.
com).
Desire to learn skills and office systems.
