Responsibilities:
The International Regulatory Assistants primary tasks will include; maintaining already established operating authorizations for the Flexjet LLC fleet with the appropriate international governments and authorities, research and apply for new international operating authorizations as they are needed, record all operating permits for Global Trip Planning department reference as well as propose processes for compliance as well as document evidence of said permits.
Assist the Global Trip Planning team will applicable Flexjet LLC internal audits.
The ideal candidate must be able to work with multiple departments within Flexjet such as Flight Department, maintenance, training, safety, and operations in addition to international government agencies, as needed.
This candidate must have strong communication skills, be well organized, and able to interpret and apply ICAO Annex standards for Aviation.
An Aviation background is a plus but not required.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree (A.
A.
) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in a service and/or hospitality field is preferred Background in aviation a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, & Outlook) Knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment REQUIRED SKILLS Have strong attention to detail and ability to finish any given task to completion The ability to work in a team atmosphere, and manage a flexible schedule Strong interpersonal, verbal/written and presentation skills are necessary to perform job at the expected level.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
