Summary:
The Marketing is a part time position that reports directly to the Chief Philanthropy Officer (CPHO).
Working in collaboration with the CPHO, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for providing general support to all Marketing, Design, Development/Special Event and related administrative needs and of the Agency.
Essential Job Functions Marketing Maintain the organization's website and social media accounts.
Develop and implement strategies to increase the organization's visibility and reach.
Increase the visibility and reach of scheduled events.
Maintain a unified and consistent brand for HELP.
Collect testimonials and back from clients and supporters.
Create, schedule, analyze, and report the overall impact of all campaigns.
Assist in creating and executing the annual marketing plan.
Design Fundraising, advertising and recruitment materials (i.
e.
, videos, flyers, signage and other materials as needed).
Visual elements to assist educational programming projects.
Graphic elements based on company branding standards.
Administration Track program event and inventory supplies.
Assist in reporting & donation processing via RE NXT.
Assist in acknowledgement and correspondence to stakeholders and donors.
Development/Special Events Track progress of development activities for reports.
Assist in recruitment and planning of sponsors, vendors, and raffle items for scheduled events.
Assist in planning and executing Annual Golf Outing, cultivation events and other fundraising opportunities.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or 5-7 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
1-3 years of experience in Marketing.
Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.
Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital and email marketing.
Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, multi-task, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.
Must have a high level of creativity.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check which may include a BCI and FBI check.
Must have a valid Ohio Driver license with less than 6 points and current vehicle insurance.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
